Falling head over heels for flowers.
Embracing their colors, shades, shapes, scents and textures in a calling made of passion and dedication.
Endlessly marvelling at what Nature offers us by playing with palettes, nuances, gradients, materials, textures, shapes and fragrances.
Ñusta is also about spreading softness and delicacy to exalt each and every of your emotions with florals.
Putting my acute sense of perception and detail at your service.
Behind Ñusta is Melissa.
If Ñusta is first and foremost an affectionate nickname gotten in younger years on the American continent, it is also a Quechua word designating the princesses of the Inca empire. In the Pachamama tradition, the ñusta embodies the virgin earth which participates in offerings to honor Mother Earth.
As if meant to be, it felt natural for the studio to be named after this beautiful nickname. Coming full circle.
Highly sensitive to Nature and Art, I draw my inspiration from observing and capturing the colors, scents, sounds, landscapes, and movements from the mundane and beauty of everyday life.
Deeply attached to my Mediterranean roots and in love with my beautiful hometown, I wish to make of Ñusta a garden of light and delicacy.
A garden open to all, just like this lush cocoon I grew up in among jasmines, bougainvillea and orange trees.
